Today was just another day that Jacob managed to amaze me. Just three weeks ago he was clapping, then the following week he was waving bye bye, and this week he is giving everyone high five. I have no idea where he picked it up but it is soooo stinkin cute.
This morning Jacob and I were having breakfast with my parents at Farmer Boys and I look to the left of me and I see my baby who is not such a baby anymore. There he was sitting there in his highchair, eating pancakes, and drinking out of his sippy cup. It made me think back to 9 months (almost 10 months) ago I was giving birth to my tiny little baby boy and now he is this tornado that destroys anything in his path.
I am proud to say that I have become "that" Mom who in every conversation she has manages to bring up her kids latest and greatest, thinks her child is a genius, can't imagine God creating a cuter child but I really believe that he is a genius and is the cutest ever created.
I just can't believe in this short amount of time he has gone from preemie to a big boy.
